                    本兴机械公司的三合一灌装机采用集冲洗、灌装、旋盖为一体的全自动多功能联合机组,它适用于各种无气饮料、油醋、果酒、矿泉水、纯净水的自动冲洗、灌装、封口,该线设计独特、式样新颖、功能齐全、适应性强、操作使用方便、外形造型美观、自动化程度高,是目前国内理想灌装设备。
                    瓶子由瓶子风送系统通过拨瓶星轮传送至三合一灌装机。冲瓶机回转盘上装有瓶夹,瓶夹夹住瓶口沿一导轨翻转180°,使瓶口向下。在冲瓶机特定区域,喷嘴喷出冲瓶消毒液或水,对瓶子内壁进行冲洗。瓶子经冲洗、沥干后在瓶夹夹持下沿导轨再翻转180°,使瓶口向上。洗净后的瓶子通过拨瓶星轮由冲瓶机导出并传送至灌装机。进入灌装机的瓶子由瓶颈托板卡住瓶口保持。灌装阀通过阀升降机构在凸轮作用下实现下降与上升。灌装采用压力灌装方式。灌装阀下降接触瓶口后打开完成灌装过程,灌装结束后灌装阀上升离开瓶口,瓶子通过卡瓶颈过渡拨轮进入旋盖机。旋盖机上的止旋刀卡住瓶颈部位,保持瓶子直立并防止旋转。旋盖头在旋盖机上保持公转并自转,在凸轮作用下实现抓盖、套盖、旋盖、脱盖动作,完成整个封盖过程。成品瓶通过出瓶拨轮从旋盖机传送到出瓶输送链上,由输送链传送出三合一瓶装机。整机设备采用封窗封闭,封窗高度高于设备最高点,进、出瓶处留有适当的通道,封窗底部留有排风槽。

                    The three-in-one filling machine of Benxing Machinery Company adopts a fully automatic and multi-functional combined unit which integrates washing, filling and capping. It is suitable for automatic washing, filling and sealing of all kinds of airless beverages, oil and vinegar, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water.                     The bottles are conveyed to the three-in-one filling machine by the bottle air supply system through the dialing star wheel. A bottle clamp is arranged on the revolving disc of the bottle punching machine. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and flips 180 degrees along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth down. In the specific area of the bottle-punching machine, the nozzle sprays disinfectant or water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is turned 180 degrees along the guide rail under the clamp of the bottle to make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottle is exported by the bottle puncher and transmitted to the filling machine through the dialing star wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck bracket. The filling valve is lowered and raised by the valve lifting mechanism under the action of the cam. Pressure filling is used for filling. The filling valve opens after contacting the bottle mouth. After filling, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth. The bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle neck transition pulley. The knife on the capping machine clamps the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine. Under the action of the cam, the capping, capping and uncovering are realized, and the whole capping process is completed. The finished bottle is transferred from the cap screwdriver to the bottle delivery chain, and from the delivery chain to the three-in-one bottle filling machine. The whole machine is sealed by window closure. The height of the window closure is higher than the highest point of the equipment. Appropriate passages are left at the entry and exit of the bottle, and a vent groove is left at the bottom of the window closure.

                    10. The main electrical components, frequency converters, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, electronic control valves and other imported components such as German Louis Testing, Japanese OMRON, SCHNEIDER are used to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
